By deeply understanding the challenges faced by athletes, we identified key pain points and brainstormed solutions. Our goal was to create a bridge that not only tracks performance metrics but also builds a strong community to connect and thrive.
Research and Interview Phase
We conducted over 35 interviews with athletes, coaches, parents, and selectors to address challenges in sports careers, focusing on visibility and financial barriers.
